Does ASK RD search the web?
Not today. Briefs are written from the AI model's knowledge and are labelled that way. Every brief includes a 'verify before you act' section pointing you at the primary sources to check.
Can I upload documents or photos?
Vehicle deal images can be uploaded on Deal Check. General document and file analysis is not available yet.
Where are my saved briefs stored?
Signed-in users have saved briefs and deal information synced to their account. Signed-out briefs stay in your browser's local storage on the device you used, so clearing site data removes those.
How do payments and refunds work?
Paid plans are available on the Pricing page. Checkout is handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record — we never see your card details. You can cancel a subscription anytime, and there's a 30-day money-back guarantee; see the Refund Policy for details.
How do I install ASK RD on my phone?
iPhone: open the site in Safari, tap Share, then 'Add to Home Screen'. Android: open in Chrome, tap the menu, then 'Install app' or 'Add to Home screen'.
