Terms of Service

ASK RD is operated by Ask-RD ("we", "us"), trading as ASK RD. By using ASK RD you are entering into an agreement with Ask-RD. If you use ASK RD on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into a contract.

By creating an account, buying a plan, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using ASK RD.

ASK RD turns a question about buying a car into a structured Intelligence Brief: a bottom line, tradeoffs, a recommendation and next actions, plus deal analysis, payment calculations and negotiation help depending on your plan. Briefs are produced by an AI model from its training knowledge. ASK RD does not currently perform live web research, and does not retrieve live prices, inventory, filings, case law or news.

ASK RD is an information and research tool. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax, medical or insurance advice, and no professional relationship is created by using it. You remain the decision-maker. Verify anything you are about to sign, pay for or rely on with the primary source or a qualified professional.

AI output can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Numbers, comparisons and estimates in a brief are illustrative unless you have verified them yourself. Demo content is labelled as sample content and is not live data. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

• Don't use ASK RD for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or to harass, defraud or harm others.
• Don't send spam, malware, or probe, scrape or interfere with the security of the service.
• Don't infringe anyone's intellectual property, and don't submit other people's private or confidential data without a right to do so.
• Don't reverse-engineer, resell, redistribute or circumvent technical or plan limits.
• Don't present ASK RD output as professional certification, appraisal or legal opinion.

Ask-RD retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, prompts, documentation and branding. Your plan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You keep your own content, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service to you.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, currency, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. RD Plus and RD Pro are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals and keeps access through the paid period. RD Concierge and RD White Glove are one-time purchases covering a single vehicle purchase. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains our 30-day money-back guarantee and how to request a refund. We may change prices with notice before your next renewal.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using ASK RD and cancel your plan at any time. On termination you can request an export of your saved content for a reasonable period before it is deleted.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, and the courts located there have jurisdiction, unless local consumer law gives you other rights.
